Wilson: new blind fabrics releases

Wilson Fabrics has released a range of blind fabrics with a distinctively Australian feel.

Our much anticipated new range of Australian made blockout fabric is currently being released. Our first three styles, Barrier Reef, Sydney, and Daintree have been made available for some weeks already and are having great success!”

“Longreach, Noosa and Uluru are being released as this issue is going to print and will be available by the time it will be distributed.”

“The coming weeks will also see the re-launch of our iconic core range. Our customers will have the opportunity to discover new colours for Boston, Concord, Tuscany and Broome.”

The company is also launching “a lovely sheer blind that will be perfect for summer.”

Our new blockout fabrics are all PVC and Lead Free, Fade Resistant, Pitch Black, Fire Resistant to Australian standards, provide excellent protection against ultraviolet radiation and protected by trademarked Stain Protect treatment to repel stains and spills.”

“They are all made in Australia, in our mill in Wangaratta, Victoria.”

Our Uluru blockout for instance, is a tonal and textured fabrics while Noosa is our organic fabric with a hint of ‘chic’.”

Despite the unprecedented crisis ensuing from Covid 19, many of our customers are very busy and our new range is selling well and fast. Australians have never spent so much time in their homes and now they want to make it as enjoyable as possible. While the economic impact has been significant for many, they have also been cutting back on spending such as holidays, restaurants and hobbies and re-allocating these budgets to their homes. Our industry has been able to benefit from this.”
