Issue 102 May 2025

Start your planning now – SuperExpo 2026 is again heading to the Gold Coast from 10-12 June.

The Window Shading Association of Australia (WSAA) and the Specialised Textiles Association (STA) say they are proud to once again co-host the industry’s most anticipated event under the theme ‘United Again: A Shared Vision for Interior & Exterior’.

“The planning wheels are already in motion to deliver what promises to be another must-attend event for professionals in the window shading and specialised textiles sectors,” said WSAA CEO Wesley Fawaz.

“Lock it in your diary, save the date, and get ready as the countdown is officially on.”

In a significant update, SuperExpo has engaged a new event organising partner in We Are Phoenix. Following the retirement of Brett Greene of GreeneFox, who successfully delivered the last four SuperExpo’s, WSAA and STA extend their heartfelt thanks to Brett for his dedication and outstanding contribution to the event’s legacy.

“Looking to the future, We Are Phoenix brings a fresh perspective and a proven track record of managing large scale events,” Fawaz told WFA.

“The multi-award-winning agency with offices on the Gold Coast and Melbourne is renowned for delivering high-impact event experiences for some of Australia’s most notable brands, charities and associations.”

“We’re thrilled to partner with We Are Phoenix for SuperExpo 2026, their creative energy, professionalism and experience make them the perfect fit to help us evolve the event while staying true to what the industry loves about SuperExpo.”

“We have a local event team on the ground in Gold Coast, so we are extremely familiar with the local region and venue. Our team have already hit the ground running getting ready to announce the eagerly awaited launch campaign for Super Expo 2026.” Coupe added.

Fawaz said a kick-off meeting was held in late March to align vision and strategy for the next event with exhibitors and attendees to expect a revitalised event experience that celebrates the industries innovation and connection.

“Stay tuned for further updates, including the launch date for sponsorship and exhibition sales in the coming months.”
