Queensland wholesale manufacturer Made 2 Trade Pty Ltd, trading as TWO Australia, and its retail arm All Shutters & Blinds have been placed in liquidation, weeks after entering voluntary administration in May 2026. WFA understands more than 50 trade customers of one long-standing supplier have been left with unresolved orders and deposits.
Queensland window furnishings manufacturer Made 2 Trade Pty Ltd, trading as TWO Australia (The Window Outfitters), has been placed in liquidation. According to notices lodged with ASIC, Made 2 Trade and its related retail arm, All Shutters & Blinds Pty Ltd, of Clontarf, Queensland, were taken to have passed a deemed special resolution under the Corporations Act to be wound up voluntarily on 17 June 2026, with the notice published on 19 June. Michael Beck of Solace Advisory (Rockhampton) and Morgan Lane of Worrells (Brisbane) were appointed joint liquidators.
The liquidation follows the companies’ entry into voluntary administration on 12 May 2026, when Beck and Lane were appointed joint administrators across both entities. WFA understands a customer notice dated 14 May 2026, signed by Ronan Turley (Executive Analyst), advised customers of the appointments.
More than 50 trade customers with unresolved orders
WFA understands that more than 50 trade customers of one long-standing supplier to the company were left with outstanding orders or unresolved deposits when it ceased trading. In one case, WFA understands a customer paid a $6,000 deposit for external blinds, and that TWO Australia’s installation team arrived on site to complete final measurements only to be notified during the appointment that their employment had ceased.
That supplier, which had dealt with Made 2 Trade for more than 20 years, is offering full refunds to affected customers where products cannot be supplied or manufacturer warranties are unavailable, absorbing those losses itself.
US operations under examination
WFA understands that matters under examination in the liquidation include access to company records and certain financial transactions involving the company’s United States operations, The Window Outfitters LP, based in Texas. WFA makes no assertion as to the nature of those transactions.
From Redcliffe garage to national wholesale supplier
TWO Australia operated as a wholesale manufacturer supplying installers and retailers across Australia with shutters, roller blinds, zipscreens and outdoor shades. The business was founded in 2007 by Cliff Stanley alongside Ian and Michele Roe, starting from a garage in Redcliffe, Queensland. Robert Blanch served as managing director (Australia).
What installers and retailers should do now
Installers and retailers with unresolved orders, outstanding deposits or creditor claims against Made 2 Trade or All Shutters & Blinds should contact the joint liquidators directly. Michael Beck of Solace Advisory is based in Rockhampton; Morgan Lane of Worrells is based in Brisbane. Creditor claims processes are managed through those respective firms.
