Norman spotlights high-end Ultra

Known as the manufacturer of Woodlore, said to be the biggest selling shutter in the world and made from engineered Australian timber – Norman says the Ultra range is also attracting demand.

 The company confirms Ultra is positioned as “the world’s finest wood shutter.”

Norman’s Ultra Range of shutters are made from premium selected sustainable White Teak hardwood sourced from timber grown in responsibly plantations owned and operated by a Norman vertically integrated company in the Solomon Islands.

Rigby says Ultra is 30% thicker than other shutters and more robust than any other shutter in the market.

“It has two extra paint layers, extra detailing in between each coat and unique options like the fully concealed Invisible Ultra hinge.”

“Like other Norman shutters Ultra features the InvisibleTilt mechanism, is available with motorisation options and has a single panel width up to a massive 1219mm (the widest in the market).”

“Ultra is also able to be made up to 2133mm high without the need of a midrail. Try doing that with plastic shutters!”

Ultra is available in five louvre sizes ranging from 47 mm to 114 mm. It comes in 50 paint and stain colours and custom options.
