As a proud founding member of KNX Australia, Somfy is thrilled to announce that Joel Gray, Projects & Services Manager for Somfy Asia Pacific has been elected as the national group’s new president.
Gray brings a wealth of experience in automated shading systems, including extensive work with KNX. He has been instrumental in numerous high-profile commercial projects across Australia, including Circular Quay Tower (Syd), Pitt St North Over Station Development (Syd), 80 Ann St (Bris), and Melbourne Quarter (Mel), where Somfy-KNX enabled solutions were integrated to optimise building performance, energy consumption, and occupant comfort.
Gray’s commitment to innovative, sustainable building solutions and his deep understanding of the KNX protocol has made him an invaluable choice in leading KNX Australia forward.
