Korean window coverings companies announce merger

Founded in 2007, Nakyung is described as “an active and innovative company under the Anywin brand pursuing perfection in natural shades.”

Alkenz, which was established in 1999, is a sustainable supplier of the Sunshadow solar-screen fabric for the window covering industry.

A statement from the newly merged company, NK Alkenz, said; “We firmly believe this will enable us to complement mutual existing product portfolios, better serving our customers.”

The individual companies websites will remain in use until further notice.
