Entering its fifth year in business in 2023, Vertex Fabrics is celebrating a raft of key milestones, including new factories, partnerships and innovative products that demonstrate its rapid growth path.

Victoria based family-owned business Vertex Fabrics started out as a supplier of blockout fabrics with a simple goal; to supply quality products at a competitive rate with superior customer service and a focus on growth.

As Vertex Fabrics confirms, Vertex has since surpassed that initial objective and has grown its market presence as a trusted supplier of quality roller blind, vertical, roman and panel glide fabrics, along with the more recent addition of componentry.

That growth has been so speedy that in 2022 the company moved to upgrade its warehousing facility in Victoria to accommodate all the fabrics and new and existing machinery. Componentry has also recently been added for roller blinds and curtains, which means more warehousing is now underway in Victoria.

“A large new warehouse has opened in Parafield Gardens in Adelaide with capability to supply South Australia quickly and efficiently,” Jaga tells WFA. “Plans are also in place for warehousing in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.”

Vertex Fabrics is also unveiling a new partnership with a New Zealand supplier, a key supplier to the New Zealand market.

The growth of the Vertex range during 2022 has expanded its offering to include four light filtering products, a linen blend patterned range, a children’s fabric range and additional colours in the Vale and Verdure collection. Honeycomb blinds will also become available in 2023.

There is new machinery used to cut vertical fabrics which optimises production processes and the company has also introduced packaging upgrades.

With the addition of componentry, in October 2022, there is now a full range of hardware for both curtains and blinds available in all states.

Vertex Fabrics’ newly expanded offer will be a key focus for its presence at the BMAA SuperExpo, taking place 7-9 June at the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Queensland.

“We are so thrilled by our success and continue to provide quality products and service,” Vertex says. “These remain our main goal while always listening to our clients and thinking outside the square to be innovative and pioneering. We look forward to showcasing our collections at the expo and meeting everyone in the Gold Coast in June.”
