The South Australian manufacturer is backing its trade partner network with digital sales aids designed to shorten the path from enquiry to order.
For retailers and fabricators in the retained blind category, the gap between consumer interest and confirmed order has long been a conversion problem. Ziptrak is addressing that directly, with two digital tools now available to its trade partner network: an AI-enhanced product visualiser and a retailer-matching lead platform.
The first, Design Your Blind, operates at design.ziptrak.com. Customers upload a photo of their space; the tool uses image recognition to identify window and door openings and renders Ziptrak products in position across the available colour, fabric and configuration range. A day/night toggle lets homeowners preview privacy and light performance across conditions before committing.

For trade partners, the practical application extends beyond consumer-facing use. Retailers can run the visualiser during showroom consultations or on-site visits, creating live visual outcomes in real time. Ziptrak says customers who have used the tool arrive at sales conversations with decisions already forming. “Customers who have visualised the finished product are often further along in the buying journey, reducing hesitation and improving quote-to-sale potential,” the company states.
The second platform, Find a Retailer, routes consumer demand directly to network partners, matching homeowners with suitable retailers based on location and service profile.
Ziptrak operates from the Tonsley Innovation District in Adelaide and claims more than one million installations across Australia since the company’s founding. The brand has expanded into international markets and says it remains committed to onshore manufacturing and local employment.
