Phantom Screens’ retractable screens continue to lead the market in innovation, style and versatility according to Phantom Screens Sales Development Manager Anthony Gomez.
“Phantom Screens are proudly South Australian owned and manufactured since 1995 and were among the first Australian made retractable screens released into the market,” Gomez told WFA.
“From humble beginnings with only one product, Phantom Screens has continued to innovate and respond to changing market demands and can now offer a range of retractable screen products to screen almost any type of door or window.”
Gomez said that with such a strong product offering backed by Phantom’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, it was a natural progression for businesses around the country to take the Phantom Screens on board.
“We now have an extensive network around Australia, New Zealand and in some parts of Asia.”
With the ability to screen up to 9m wide, he noted that Phantom’s range of products are suitable for:
• Single doors
• Double French doors
• Stacking and sliding doors
• Bi-fold doors
• In-swing and out-swing doors
• Bi-fold windows, casement windows and serveries
“The integrated latch and release handle makes our range simple to use, quiet to operate and secures it from unintended openings.
“Compared to other designs in the market, Phantom Screens offers uninterrupted views and natural ventilation combined with protection against insects and other pests.”
With a retro fit design, Phantom retractables are perfect for both new and existing homes, Gomez added.
“In addition to the standard insect mesh, we also offer pet mesh, midge mesh, shading fabrics and blockout solutions,” he said.
All of Phantom’s products are manufactured using top quality Australian aluminium extrusions, with all parts and components sourced locally wherever possible.
The manufacturing process includes an in-house powder coating facility where all of the aluminium material is treated with a corrosive inhibitor.
“This also means we can offer a comprehensive range of colours from the Dulux and Interpon range,” Gomez said.
“All Phantom door screens can be recessed into the floor making for an even more seamless installation. Typically, a single technician is all that’s required to install the product.”
Gomez also confirmed that the company offers a range of customised treads and extrusions to facilitate the installation process.
