Uniline’s range of interior products and solutions are leveraging technology and innovation to meet market demand. WFA reports.

Sola Roller Blinds

Sola Roller Blinds is an exciting premium internal roller blind range by Uniline, available in multiple configurations to suit users’ lifestyle choices. Sola Roller Blinds’ modern, compact design has been developed with specific emphasis on ease of operation and installation to ensure the product matches most applications.

Sola Roller Blinds are offered across five systems: Rollbox, Standard, Standard Link, Day/Night, Day/Night Link, along with a number of add-ons, says Damien Crew Uniline Category Manager.

Crew says the system stands out due to deluxe options such as Planetary Gear Sidewinders.

“Not only does it utilise the four coil spring system, it also boasts an incredible gear ratio of 1:1.5. This is a significant mechanical advantage for lifting blinds up to 3m x 3m with ease and without the use of spring assist.

“We also offer a Direct Drive Sidewinders that utilises a four coil spring system which assists in the ease of opening large blinds up to 2.4m wide without a spring assist, and larger blinds up to 3mx3m with a spring assist, as well as motorised and Spring Chainless operation.

“In addition, we have many add-ons to Sola Roller Blinds, Spring Assist, Wire Guide, Noise Dampeners and Universal Pelmets by Uniline,” Crew says.

Uniline – Slim-series Vertical Blinds

Slim-series Vertical Blinds

Always elegant, vertical drapes by Uniline offer cutting-edge design, smooth operation, and insulation from the elements, says Crew.

“Their sleek form suits modern décors that embrace clean, uncluttered lines, while their practicality makes them ideal for sliding doors or larger windows. Close them to blockout heat, cold or glare, or have them partially open.

“Uniline’s Slim-series comes in two systems: Wand and Chain/Cord. The Wand option system is so easy to use; the wand rotates the blades, and users can hold and lead the wand in the direction required for the blades to be drawn.”

“With their streamlined appearance and practical functionality, these blinds are a popular choice for large windows and sliding doors that require easy and frequent access. While the chain and cord option enables the blades to be opened, closed and tilted180°by means of one continuous chain loop.

“The chain rotates the blades; the cord draws the blades across the opening. This system also has a cord-safe case for child safety. Both systems feature stainless steel components, which resist rust – even in salt-sprayed coastal climates. Users can choose from three blade widths: 89mm, 100mm, and 127mm.

“There is also the option to add Slimseries Pelmet or Universal Pelmet systems, to help to reduce light coming in.”

Glissade Panel Blinds

As one of our top sellers, the innovative Glissade Panel Blinds range has a single track profile, regardless of how many panels are needed to cover an expanse – three, four, five or six panels.

Glissade Panel Blinds offer minimal light penetration via panel overlap and minimal track spacing, whilst the robust tracking and sliding rails ensure a long life of quiet, fuss-free operation.

The oversized fabric panels reflect the current trend for minimal window treatments, while the Uniline range of fabrics offers endless options to reflect individual taste and style.

Depending on users’ privacy and sun protection needs, there is a translucent or blockout weave to suit everyone.

“Glissade panel Blinds come in three to six track options, all engineered for smooth and noiseless operation,” says Crew.

“Minimal track spacing means reduced light penetration with various choices of panel width.

Glissade is sturdy, using high grade aluminium tracking and sliding rails. It is engineered for smooth and noiseless operation. You can also complete the system with our Universal Pelmet to match your décor with the option of curved smooth face or with fabric insert.”

Uniline – Slimline Double Glazed

Slimline Venetian Blinds

Slimline Venetian blind systems offer customers a choice between standard slats and Privasee slats. Privasee slats are designed to look beautiful from any angle and are especially effective at minimising light penetration. This is achieved through a unique crimping technique, exclusive to Uniline, which ensures a tighter finish when the slats are closed. This feature is particularly beneficial for bedrooms where darkness is essential.

“As the name suggests, Privasee slats provide complete privacy in both home and office settings. Additionally, they offer excellent sun protection, reducing heat and glare, which can result in lower energy bills during the summer,” Crew says. “Moreover, the blinds contribute to room insulation, keeping spaces warmer during the winter.”

The Slimline Double Glazed Venetian blinds systems offer several benefits, including: improved insulation, noise reduction and energy efficiency.

These systems also offer the option to choose between standard control knobs and anti-ligature control knobs, allowing customers to tailor the blinds’ control system based on their specific needs and the intended application environment, says Crew.
