Blindware launches Covid-19-safe screen

ISSUE 76 January 2021

Blindware has introduced a new Mylar Film product that can be used to make Essential Protection Screens.

“The Mylar Film is a very thin, strong, lightweight and 100% clear screen material that can be made into a roller blind, panel glide or fixed panel depending on the business need. This separates people and workstations so they can work safely and conduct the kind of business that cannot be done remotely.”

“For all Australians, and particularly Victorians, 2020 was a year to remember, and not in a good way. With Covid-19 forcing almost half of the Australian working population to work from home, we are finally at the stage where the rate of local infection has slowed to the point where businesses can start to re-open, albeit working in quite a different way until the vaccine is rolled out.”

“With many companies now at the point of starting to plan to return staff to CBD and suburban offices, health and safety will be of paramount importance to these companies. Many will be seeking ways to ensure staff are safe in the workplace and might seek out products that can enhance social distancing and staff separation without degrading office ambience and comfort.”

Installed between workstations, at counters, and in service areas, Mylar Film blinds will assist businesses to operate safely, allowing office staff to focus on work rather than being consumed with worry about office health and safety.

“Returning to work in a post-Covid-19 world will require a transformational approach to the workplace, and Blindware’s Mylar Film is an easy to install, effective measure that can provide a solution to social distancing within the work environment.”

Mylar Film is available to order now.
